This sweet and spicy cauliflower is one of those recipes that you can stick on the back of your mind. When you see cauliflower for sale. When you have a cauliflower that is on the verge of going bad. Or when you have a mixture of random veggies in the fridge and you need a solution now-this is the kind of recipe that saved Your Ass in hangry dinner.
We cooked this recipe on a heavy duty baking sheet lined with parchment-we ordered from Amazon! We have tried using aluminum foil before and it just does not seem to cook too.

Materials
- 4 cups cauliflower flower petals
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

- 1/2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl (or Ziplock bag) combine the cauliflower and other materials – maple syrup, sriracha, olive oil, tamari, and pepper. Mix together until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Pour cauliflower into a baking dish and place in oven. Be sure to give the cauliflower "breathing room." If the Pan is too crowded, the Cauliflower will "steam " and it will not cook
