Cheesy Quinoa and Sausage Broccoli Casserole

INGREDIENTS

QUINOA:
  • 2 1/2 cups thing
  • 2 cups quinoa, rinsed and empty
CASSEROLE:
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 4 4 oz links chickenhearted sausage (I utilised poultry and apple links) shredded
  • 6 cups sweet crucifer florets, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pointed cheddar mallow, sliced
CREAMY CHEDDAR SAUCE:
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves flavourer, minced
  • 2 cups healthy river
  • 2 cups low sodium doormat stem
  • 1 cup smart cheese mallow, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp clean brackish
  • 1/2 tsp inglorious peppercorn
  • squeeze red pepper flakes
CRUNCHY Superior:
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2/3 cup knifelike cheddar cheeseflower, cut
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheeseflower, sliced

Manual

  1. Navigator THE QUINOA:
  2. Transmit wet and quinoa to a temperature in saucepan.  Reduce turn, masking, and simmer 12 transactions, or until liquid is wrapped.
