Cheesy Quinoa and Sausage Broccoli Casserole

- 1 cup smart cheese mallow, shredded
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp clean brackish
- 1/2 tsp inglorious peppercorn
- squeeze red pepper flakes
CRUNCHY Superior:
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup knifelike cheddar cheeseflower, cut
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheeseflower, sliced
